I've always been drawn to flavours by my father's ‘pasta’, and from a very young age I've always been around the stove, both at home and in the restaurant. Passionate about taste and the art of entertaining, as I grew up it became obvious that I should take over the family business. After five years at the helm, I've developed a catering service that travels to your events. I've created a special catering menu with a range of Italian cocktail dishes, each as fresh as the next!
