I've always been drawn to flavours by my father's ‘pasta’, and from a very young age I've always been around the stove, both at home and in the restaurant. Passionate about taste and the art of entertaining, as I grew up it became obvious that I should take over the family business. After five years at the helm, I've developed a catering service that travels to your events. I've created a special catering menu with a range of Italian cocktail dishes, each as fresh as the next!

Francis Dhjan, a great enthusiast of Italy, founded the Italian cellar Finzi in Paris in 1984, a warm establishment with Tuscan accents that embodies his love for Italian terroir. He has introduced his clients to authentic and generous Italian cuisine while sharing his passion for wines, which are rigorously selected from renowned producers.
Today, his daughter Laurie carries on the family legacy with enthusiasm. She brings a touch of freshness and femininity to the business while respecting the traditions that have contributed to Finzi's success.

We are also committed to limiting food waste at each event, by proposing solutions adapted to this problem. Our food is sourced locally in Italy, directly from our trusted producers, and we give preference to labelled ingredients to ensure impeccable traceability and quality.
